# Important information please read.
1. From the initial day of booking, The Roger Morris Centre will reserve the facilities normally for a period of 14 days and issue a ‘Booking Form and terms and conditions.
2. The Hirer must pay a Deposit of 50% of the cost of the booking. Reservations must be confirmed by sending the necessary Hiring Deposit and completed booking Form within 14 days from the initial day of booking back to the RMC office. Failer to do so will result in that date being released for others to book.

  1. The Balance of the booking must be received at least 14 days before the date of the hire.
  2. The Damage Deposit unless waived by the Management Committee) is to be paid in cash 14 days before the event for which the Centre is hired and will be refunded within 28 days of the end of the hire provided that no damage or loss has been caused to the Premises and/or contents during the period of the hire as a result of the hiring.

5. All Booking fee payments must be paid in cash bank transfer or card.
6. Time must be allocated within the hire period to allow for preparation and cleaning up. If not vacated on time, the next hourly rate will automatically be charged.

CANCELLATION AND NON-ATTENDANCE.
Unless the appropriate notice is given, cancellation fees for bookings are as noted below:

Within 3 days of booking – Full charge *
Within 7 days of booking – 50%*
Over 14 days of booking – No charge
